If you have a CPAP mask lying around your house, it is probably because someone in your home suffers from sleep apnea and needs to use the mask to live a fully healthy life. However, you might find yourself with an extra CPAP mask or two that you’re not using anymore. That could be because you’ve gotten a new one and never threw out the old one or it might be because the person who had temporary CPAP is no longer unhealthy. In either case, you have a CPAP mask that you don’t need. Instead of throwing it out, why not do something creative with it?

Here are some ideas for creative uses for old CPAP masks:

• Art. Paint it, hang it on a mannequin or make it the 3D addition to your photo collage.
• Costumes. You can create a scuba diving costume or a medical field costume with this as an accessory.
• Kids’ toy. Make sure that you only do this if it’s broken and can’t damage them but let the kids use it as a dress-up toy.

Now that you know what you’re doing to use your mask creatively, you just need to come up with a unique use for your old CPAP machine!
