Looking for a new home has not been a pleasant experience. Most of the places I’ve seen have had large problems, expensive pricing, and distance ranges that leave much to be desired.
For you, a Haiku:
Went Without A Guide
Lost Without Paddle
At this point, I’m ready to give up most of my home searching in Florida and instead hire either an Orlando custom home builder or Panama City custom home builders so that I can simply put the mess of trying to find a place in this area behind me. With custom homes, not only do I know what I’m getting, but I know when it was built, and how well it will stand up to time.
Plus, most of these builders have some good guarantees and a long history of success building homes for other people. As someone who has lived in several different areas across the country (and usually buying or renting a house each time) I know how hard it is to find places to live that meet all of your expectations. It is hard to find houses that meet even some of your expectations. At the very least, I can get a place made for me and not have to do any more God forsaken searching.
